With a diverse professional background in banking, teaching, and the electrical industry, After mastering money, classrooms, and circuits, she found her way to the insurance industry! Today, Jen is licensed in Auto, Home, and Life Insurance and enjoys helping customers find the right coverage while making the process as simple and stress-free as possible.
Jen is married to her high school sweetheart, and together they have three children and one grandson —so it’s safe to say she has plenty of experience managing a little chaos!
When she’s not helping customers with their insurance needs, you’ll find Jen enjoying country life on her farm. She shares it with her German Shepherds and an abundance of chickens—because apparently there’s no such thing as “just a few chickens.” Between family, farm life, dogs, chickens, and insurance, Jen stays busy and wouldn’t have it any other way!

Stephanie grew up in the Dallas, Texas area and moved to Austin, Texas in 2009 to pursue her education. She has an Associate Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Management. She has worked across many different industries, including specialty retail, fashion, hospitality, and city development services, before becoming David Schara's Executive Assistant in January 2024. She has become an educated billing and underwriting representative for the office.
She and her husband of 13 years live on 5 acres of land in Leander, Texas and enjoy spending time with their 2 cats and hamster, while watching the deer, foxes, and many other critters that come through their property. In her free time, she enjoys crocheting, reading, and live music.
